Rs.4,000.00

Corns and plantar warts are common foot conditions treated by foot clinics:

  1. Corns: Corns are small, thickened areas of skin that develop on the feet due to repeated friction or pressure, often on the toes or sides of the feet. Treatment options include:
    • Padding or Insoles: To reduce pressure and friction.
    • Debriding & Enucleating- Removal of the thickened skin by a podiatrist.
    • Salicylic Acid: Topical application to help soften and remove the corn.
  2. Plantar Warts: Plantar warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) infecting the skin on the soles of the feet. They can be painful and may have a rough, grainy appearance. Treatment options include:
    • Salicylic Acid: Applied topically to dissolve the wart over time.
    • Cryotherapy: Freezing the wart with liquid nitrogen to destroy it.
    • Surgical Removal: In cases where other treatments fail, the wart may be surgically removed by a podiatrist.
    • falkoner’s Needling

We also provide education on preventive measures and proper foot care to reduce the risk of these conditions recurring. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual, considering factors like the location and severity of the corn or wart
